Failure to notify the clinic outside of this time
frame, will result in a loss of the deposit paid.
In the instance that a deposit has not been paid- for
example a pre-paid course or pack of treatment, a
payment of £50 (if appointment booked with Doctor), or £25 (Nurse/Therapist) will be payable.

Consultations.
General consultations with Dr Hannah are 1 hour. They
are charged at £100, which is redeemable against
any transaction on the day. For example, this can be used to purchase skincare, against treatment on the day, or pre-paying in full for a future treatment. Any funds not used on the day of consultation will be forfeited as a consultation fee.
Consultations with Nurse/Therapist are £50, which is redeemable against any transaction on the day.
